Where do you work as a Physio and what type of clients do you treat on a normal day?

I am currently on Maternity leave. I have a little boy who I am loving to see grow and learn each day. Previously, I have worked in a variety of settings including Private Practice, Hospital (inpatient and outpatient), and Aged Care. My passion is being able to help clients exercise safely and in a way that suits their conditions and goals, whether that reduces pain, improve movement and flexibility, improve mental and physical health or to just move!

Which FitRight classes do you currently teach?

I will soon be teaching ‘Bump&Me’ and ‘Empower’ at the Ardross location.

What do you love most about being a FitRight Instructor?

I love being able to encourage, support, educate and hopefully inspire women on their journey of health through exercise. I struggled considerably during my pregnancy with hyperemesis, followed by a challenging birth. I had never felt so weak and tired in my life. It is not always about how hard you can exercise, it’s about starting small and slowly building up, and achieving your own goals. The team at FitRight are a wonderful bunch of Physiotherapists who are all so passionate about delivering good quality healthcare.
