Where do you work as a Physio and what type of clients do you treat on a normal day?

I run my own mobile and telehealth Physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation business, Movement ePhysio. I see both men and women for both general musculoskeletal/sports and pelvic health. I have a passion for treating the the hip and pelvis which is what led me into to Men’s and Women’s pelvic health. I also am Pinc and Steel cancer rehab trained.

Which FitRight classes do you currently teach?

North Perth Baby&Me, Applecross Empower/Impact, Impact Online and Pregnancy Online.

What do you love most about being a FitRight Instructor?

I love both the social and physical benefits that FitRight group exercise classes provides for mums. Becoming a mum can be isolating and lonely at times and group exercise helps combat that especially if you are missing your regular exercise classes but too scared to return to them- they can be a stepping stone back to your desired level of function (or a long term one!).
