Where do you work as a Physio and what type of clients do you treat on a normal day?
I work at FitRight HQ on Wednesdays where I offer both women’s health consultations for women with bladder, bowel and sexual pain issues and musculoskeletal consultations for women with aches, pains and sporting injuries. My passion lies with the hip and pelvis, and after having my own children, I trained further in the area of pelvic health. This training has enabled me to be able to fit pessaries which can help to keep women exercising or managing their prolapse symptoms conservatively. I am also trained in cancer care and rehabilitation through Pinc and Steel and can provide assessments for their Next Steps classes and in-clinic 1:1 cancer rehab sessions.
On my other work days, I run my own mobile and telehealth Physiotherapy and Exercise rehabilitation business – Movement ePhysio, where I see both men and women for both general musculoskeletal/sports and pelvic health issues.

What do you love most about being a FitRight Instructor?
I love both the social and physical benefits that FitRight group exercise classes provides for mums. Becoming a mum can be isolating and lonely at times and group exercise helps combat that especially if you are missing your regular exercise classes but too scared to return to them – they can be a stepping stone back to your desired level of function (or a long term one!).
