If you're expecting and baby and keen to keep fit the right way during your pregnancy, FitRight's Bump&Me physiotherapy pilates classes are ideal.
Bump&Me classes are suitable for women at any stage of pregnancy and with any level of fitness and pilates experience. Exercises may include fitballs, therabands and hand weights, are interspersed with plenty of stretching, education and mindfulness, and are specifically designed to help prevent and manage common issues such as pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain and prolapse.
FitRight’s pregnancy fitness classes are run throughout the year as six week courses with one 60 minute class held at the same time and location each week.
Make sure you obtain the all clear from the health professional (GP, obstetrician, midwife) taking care of you in your pregnancy before booking into our prenatal pilates course.
FitRight’s Bump&Me pregnancy fitness classes are conducted and supervised by experienced physiotherapists and are available in a wide variety of locations across Perth and Mandurah.

FitRight’s pregnancy fitness classes are run as a six week course, with one class held per week.
Payment is required in full prior to starting the course, private health fund rebates apply. For details contact your private health insurer and quote code 595 for ‘antenatal exercise’.

REMEMBER THAT AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT IS A PRE-REQUISITE AND YOU WILL BE ASKED WHERE YOU HAVE DONE THIS OR BOOKED THIS FOR.
Please note: This online booking will only be available in the two weeks before each course begins. If you are unable to see a link on MINDBODY to sign up for a particular class, but it is within two weeks before the start date, it probably means that it is fully booked. Please contact us (below) to request to be added to the waitlist.
