This is a program suitable for those with an overactive pelvic floor, to help encourage full relaxation and therefore a better subsequent contraction.

Do this program if you have either been diagnosed with an overactive pelvic floor, or if you’ve tried the other programs and suspect that you might have some overactivity in your pelvic floor because you are unable to feel the pelvic floor relax quickly and effectively after you’ve contracted it.
