Training This is a higher level workout for the pelvic floor and explains how to ‘overload’ the muscles to create strength changes.

Recommended to do after you’re confident with the previous aspects of the Pelvic Floor Program, and recommended to do on alternate days (this is a principle of strength training – having a ‘rest day’), and to do in conjunction with one or more of the other lower level programs.
