Mums Only Post Natal Exercise Classes 

Sometimes mums just need a bit of 'me time'! FitRight’s MumTime post natal exercise classes are run in the evenings when baby is in bed so that you can come and exercise by yourself, allowing you to focus on the class and optimise your post natal recovery.


FitRight’s MumTime classes are suitable for mothers with babies aged between 8 weeks and approximately 2-3 years old. Pilates-type exercises are at an intermediate to advanced level, and many classes also include a 'pelvic floor friendly' cardio workout too!

Mums Only Post Natal Exercise Class Description 

FitRight’s MumTime mums only post natal exercise classes are run throughout the year as six week courses with one class held each week and two locations to choose from (see below). 

Classes include a 60 minute post natal pilates mat workout with a focus on optimal posture, pelvic floor muscle activation, returning abdominal muscles to their pre-pregnancy state, stretching and general toning – using exercise balls, therabands (resistance bands) and occasionally small weights. 

All bookings are subject to the completion of a FitRight initial assessment. Because this course is run at an intermediate to advanced level, a physiotherapist will need to determine whether you are ready for this class, which will occur during this assessment. How Much Do FitRight MumTime Post Natal Exercise Classes Cost? 




Five classes at $35 each + one FREE class.
