Many women struggle with difficulties to do with breastfeeding, and one of these issues can be a low milk supply. The Brewer’s yeast in this recipe is the secret ingredient to increasing milk supply – and with the oats and choc chips, they are a yummy, filling snack for busy new Mums. Of course, it is highly recommended to also speak to your midwife or lactation consultant about any breastfeeding issues.
