Class and Course Cancellation Requests
Please note that we do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds for our classes or courses. In exceptional circumstances (eg medical reasons), a refund or option to transfer to an alternate date may be offered. Should this occur, a letter from your health professional may be requested.
FitRight requires a minimum of 2 working days notice to transfer to another course if you cannot attend. Any cancellation requests must be forwarded in writing via email. Please kindly note that a voicemail message is not accepted as a notification of a cancellation.
Course transfers or refunds are at the discretion of FitRight management and are final. All course transfer transactions are completed through the provision of a specific code, to be used at checkout by the participant. These discount codes will be equal to the value of the missed classes.
Class and Course Cancellations by FitRight
We make every effort to ensure all Studio and Aqua classes aren’t affected, however in certain circumstances, classes may be cancelled (i.e. due to instructor sickness/uncovered leave/pandemics). When this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible, and offered either an online/recorded video alternative, or a course or class transfer (via provision of a discount code, to be used at checkout) equal to the cost of this class or course. All refunds and transfers offered are at the discretion of FitRight and can be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Any missed online classes can be accessed retrospectively and so will not be refunded. Instructor initiated class cancellations (where a replacement instructor is not available) will result in class credits being offered (equal to the number of classes cancelled).
In the unlikely event that classes are cancelled due to low participant numbers, a refund or option to transfer to an alternate date will be offered.
Certain of the Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a recurring subscription. The Company’s subscription payment processor is PayPal, Inc. To cancel your subscription, you will need to go through PayPal. For instructions on how to cancel your subscription through PayPal, click here.
Your subscription rate is guaranteed for as long as you remain subscribed without cancelling. PayPal will notify you if there is a problem processing your payment before attempting a second time. After a second failed attempt, your account is at risk of cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date to prevent unwanted cancellation of your subscriptions. By cancelling, you forfeit any discounted rate you were grandfathered into. A cancelled subscription can not be reactivated. If you wish to re-subscribe you may do so from the sales page at the current subscription rate.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but subscription payments are not refundable. To prevent future payments from being processed, you will need to cancel your subscription through PayPal before your next payment is due. As long as you cancel before your next scheduled payment, you will no longer be billed for future payments. Cancelling your subscription stops future payments and revokes your access to all membership content, including live calls, replays, member resources, and social media group access limited to paying members. Please note that unsubscribing from membership emails (updates, call reminders, replay notices) is not the same as cancelling your subscription payment.
Receiving a refund of any purchase from the Company shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide decks, membership area content (including passwords), social media group access limited to paying members, and other resources.
Unfortunately we do not offer make-up sessions (for another class day or time, within the currently enrolled course) for any missed classes, as many of our sessions are fully booked. If you miss a class during the course you will be emailed an online workout for you to complete in your own time during the week.
Should you be aware of any dates that you’re unable to attend (eg holidays) prior to enrolling, we may be able to still accommodate this as a partial enrolment. Please contact [email protected] to confirm.
FitRight Gift Certificates are:
a. non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash;
b. must be redeemed within timeframe stipulated on the voucher;
c. limited to one use only; and
d. redeemable on the purchase of full FitRight courses only, which includes its 6-week Studio, Aqua, and Online courses.
